It is the aim of Allied Surveyors and Valuers Ltd to provide an efficient and accurate service to its clients. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that some complaints may arise.

If your complaint is in relation to a valuation that has been conducted for secured lending purposes, you must direct your complaint to your lender in the first instance. The lender will have an established process in place and may then contact us to assist with their enquiries.

As a regulated, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) firm, we have in place a procedure for handling complaints which meet our regulatory requirements.

When contacting us by telephone you will be asked to follow up in writing (by post or email).

Please provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Subject Property Address and Postcode
  • Details of your concerns, including any relevant information or documents in support of your position

We will consider your complaint as quickly as possible and will acknowledge receipt within 7 days. If we are not able to give you a full response, we will update you within 28 days.
