Charities Act 2011

Section 119 of the Charities Act 2011 requires that Trustees of English and Welsh Charities who wish to dispose of land or property should obtain a written report from a qualified surveyor.

Working in association with the Institute of Legacy Management, we have prepared a shortened form report to comply with the Act.  Our valuation service for Charity Act purposes is provided throughout England and Wales.
